Someone answers, day or night — no phone tree, no hold music. If you can’t talk, text us instead and we’ll reply the same way.

Tell us where you are and what happened
The road you’re on and the nearest cross street, exit or mile marker. What your car is doing — won’t start, tire’s flat, gauge on empty. Your car’s make and color so we know what we’re looking for.

Stay put. We come to you.
We load the right equipment and head your way. When we get there we work where your car is sitting — shoulder, parking lot, driveway or side street.

Pay by card, right there
Card payments taken right at the job — no cash needed.
While you wait
Stay safe on the shoulder.
- Hazards on so other drivers see you.
- Stay in the car with your seatbelt on if you can, especially on a highway shoulder.
- If you must get out, use the passenger side, away from traffic.
- Turn your wheels away from the road if you’re parked at an angle.
- Text us a location pin if saying where you are out loud is hard.
- Keep your phone charged — plug it in while you wait.
